2025 UNOFFICIAL “WOW”. Witches on Water, Port Dover Crick Paddle ..Sun Sept 21 1:00 pm..at the crick behind Port Dover Harbour Museum..
if crappy weather we’ll Paddle on next Sunday ( the 28) cross your brooms…er paddles that the weather gods are on the witchy side…
This is a fun unofficial event..The organizers will not be held liable .
The UNOFFICIAL WOW , Port Dover Crick Paddle is open to anyone ,with a paddle, be it board, kayak, or canoe, and a costume…does not have to be a Witch ..Warlocks, Superheroes, Monsters, Pups in costume…all are welcome…but bring your safety gear..Lifejacket, rope, whistle..which should always be with your board anyway.. oh, and your paddle !! Don’t forget your Paddle !!
This gathering is paddle at your own risk.
There may even be Unofficial Prizes !!
The Unofficial Head Witch is asking that you either bring a Non-perishable Food Donation for the Dover Food Bank, or small Cash Donation for the Port Dover Museum or the Kinsmen Splash Pad fund. Your choice!

There are several possible launch spots…..
Best is at Riverfront Park, boat dock, right beside the Port Dover Harbour Museum. Thank you Norfolk County for keeping open..
Also right beside the bridge on the Brant hill side.. There is parking over there, and a bit of a hill..but it is across the crick from the Museum’s Riverside Park.
Another possible spot on North side of bridge to launch. Bottom of St Patrick St. Has a ramp style launch, only about a foot off the water. Parking over there too…

Please assemble in the Crick beside Riverside Park walkway by 1pm. ..for the Paddle to the pier area..or beach area if super calm..if rough won’t go too far..
Bring a smile, a laugh, a costume & a donation..Fun times !!
