Community Singalong – Country & Western

Country & Western Classics Singalong on Tuesday, October 14th at 7 pm

The Port Dover Community Singalong invites you to come out and sing Country & Western classics by such renowned artists as Patsy Cline, Hank Williams, Glen Campbell, Kris Kristofferson, John Denver and others. This is NOT a karaoke event. If you like to sing, you just show up (no registration required), drop $2 in the jar to cover costs, and take a seat. Someone chooses a favourite from the playlist which includes Take Me Home, Country Roads, Your Cheatin’ Heart, Gentle on My Mind, Green Green Grass of Home and many others. We show the lyrics on the screen, our accompanists play and we sing the song together. It’s as simple as that. Lots of fun and no pressure — every voice is welcome.
